HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Hey, gang!  Happy holidays and stuff!
With all the eating and shoveling and opening and whatnot, you might actually forget about all the lovely little holiday shows out there…and that would be just fine.  But if you must see theatre this holiday, here are a few shows that I recommend.
Brett Favre’s Christmas Spectacular: The Immaculate Interception — The Brave New Workshop gang is always funnier than you, but with this one, they’re just bragging.
Cinderella — This Children’s Theatre Company show is worth the price of admission for the step-sisters alone.  They will make you pee.  That’s a promise.  And at the end, Cinderella gets to marry the gay prince.  Everyone’s happy!
Beauty and the Beast — This is a no-brainer if you’ve got kids to entertain.  It’s a lot like the movie, which to them, isn’t a bad thing.  And hey, it’s got to be better than the Chan version from a few years ago, right?
That’s as much as I can muster.  If that doesn’t do it, go see Avatar.
