SLOW JOBS: SERVICING AMERICA FOR $12 AN HOUR

Curt Lund and Laura Bidgood are back this year with another nerd-tastic storytelling extravaganza.  This time around, they tackle the subject of day jobs and why they tend to suck complete and total ass.
These two performers have been at it a long time, and you can tell that from the start.  They’re part of the Rockstar Storytellers clan — and although I have to admit to never attending any storytelling situation outside of the Fringe, Lund and Bidgood have become something that I tend to look for in my Fringe program.  The stories are funny, clever, and the performers do their best to tell them in an entertaining way.
This is not to say that Slow Jobs doesn’t have it’s slow parts.  It certainly does.  In fact, I think this year’s showing is a tiny step back from what I’ve seen from them in the past.  However, if you feel like changing it up a bit and throwing some storytelling into your final Fringe days, Lundgood should definitely get your consideration.
